Today, as the 4th time, we introduce Sakaeya's "fried manju", a 1 minute-walk from Tobu Nikko Station!
Sweet bean paste from Tokachi in Hokkaido is wrapped with local-made dough kneading soy milk and yuba (tofu skin), then crispy-fried in oil. A little amount of rock salt which goes perfectly is sprinkled on top!
This manju is often introduced through TV programs and magazines in Japan. Do not miss this specialty when you visit Nikko♪
