Kawagoe is a popular sightseeing spot where you can take a train on the Tobu Tojo Line from Ikebukuro Station in about 30 minutes.The old Japanese streetscape remains and it is very nostalgic, including stone-paved roads and warehouse bulidings such as Taisho Roman Dream Street and Candy Alley (Kashiya Yokocho).
There are also shops where you can rent kimono. Kimono goes well with the townscape of Kawagoe perfectly.
